Extended Care
Care Beyond the School Day
HudsonWay offers Early Care and Aftercare for enrolled day school students, providing families with added flexibility before and after the school day. Our Extended Care program offers a safe, nurturing environment where students can relax, play, complete homework, and spend time with friends.
Early Care
7:30–8:30 AM | $15 per day
Students begin their morning in a welcoming environment with music, interactive play, and quiet activities. Our Mandarin-, Spanish-, and English-speaking staff help children transition comfortably into the school day.
Aftercare
School dismissal–6:00 PM | $40 per day
Aftercare provides a balance of structured activities, play, and time for homework. Students are grouped by age, with activities and routines designed to meet their developmental needs.
Time is provided for independent homework completion, and staff can offer assistance with English-language homework. Target-language assignments may be completed independently during Aftercare but are designed to be supported at home when needed.
Important Information
- Extended Care and enrichment fees are not prorated.
- Day school students picked up more than 15 minutes after dismissal will be charged the $40 daily Aftercare rate.
- Aftercare pickup is by 6:00 PM. A $10 late fee is charged for each five-minute period after the 6:05 PM grace period.
