Financial Aid
HudsonWay offers need-based financial aid to help make a HudsonWay education accessible to families who share our educational philosophy and demonstrate financial need. Financial aid is provided as a grant and does not need to be repaid.
Eligibility
Financial aid is available to students enrolled in or accepted to HudsonWay's five-day program.- Families are expected to contribute at least 50% of published tuition.
- Financial aid is generally not awarded when a family is able to pay 90% or more of tuition.
- Aid applies to tuition only and does not cover additional fees or optional programs, including books and technology fees, lunch, transportation, extended care, enrichment, summer camp, or Parent Association dues.
- Financial aid must be applied for each school year.
- For divorced or separated parents, HudsonWay considers the financial resources of both parents/guardians. A separate financial aid application is required from each household before financial aid can be awarded.
How Financial Aid Is Determined
HudsonWay uses Clarity, an independent financial aid platform, to assess a family's demonstrated financial need.
Clarity provides an initial assessment based on the financial information submitted by the family. HudsonWay's Financial Aid Officer, in consultation with our financial aid advisor, reviews that assessment and considers relevant individual circumstances.
Families may be asked to provide additional financial documentation when needed to ensure an accurate and equitable review.
Decisions & Timing
Application Deadline - February 26, 2027 (Current and New Families)
Financial aid applications are considered complete and ready for review only after all required information has been received.
Families who submit a complete application by the published financial aid deadline will receive their financial aid decision with their admissions decision.
Applications completed after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis, subject to the availability of funds.
